Do you provide sample pickup services?

Yes. Samples can be scheduled for pickup within the
greater St. Louis area. Contact a project manager for
more details.

Q:
How should I get my samples to
your lab?
A:
PDC routinely receives samples from most common courier
services, such as UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, USPS, etc. Samples
may also be hand delivered during normal business hours.
We can provide courier services in select locations.

Q:
What hours are you open?
A:
Our routine business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday
through Friday. A limited number of our staff is here
on evenings and on weekends. Contact your project manager
to coordinate delivery and reporting during non-routine
hours.

Do you receive samples on Saturdays?
A:
No. Be sure to specify Monday delivery options when using overnight
carriers.

Q:
How long does it take to get
testing done?
A:
Some procedures are completed
within a day or two, while other procedures can take several
weeks to complete. Our typical turnaround time is ten
working days. Contact us for specific applications. Expedited
turnaround may be available at surcharged rates.

Q:
How much will my testing cost?
A:
Your cost will depend upon a variety of factors, including
sample matrix, volume of work, turnaround time and methods
required. Per test fees usually range from $15.00 to $55.00
and can be as high as $1000.00 depending upon the method
required.
